Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward Merchants at all times
  • Responding promptly to Merchant inquiries
  • Communicating with Merchant and BFIs through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving Merchant complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Keeping records of Merchant interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Transaction, service process
  • Ensure customer, Merchant satisfaction and provide professional Business support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Answers incoming Merchant calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update Merchant information in the Merchant service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning clients into repeat customers
