Pay Nep Private Limited, came into existence as the sixth Payment Service Provider of Nepal by receiving its operating License from Nepal Rastra Bank on Shrawan 15, 2076 B.S (August 1, 2019) with an objective of creating a unified aggregated payment platform that brings exercisable financial power to the hands of all Nepali, in spite of any all cultural, regional and educational background.

Pay Nep sets to provide An easy to use digital wallet, for all people to exercise their financial power directly from their hands. An open ended API based integration system, for all BFIs and Payment Platforms, to eliminate the need for the users to physically visit any branch, to receive the banking facilities, and transact. An easy to integrate API based aggregator, for all Merchants/ Merchant groups, to have a digital solution both for operations and transactions.

Job Description:

  • Visiting and dealing with merchants/ partner organizations/banks.
  • Ensuring translation of requirements and according product enhancement.
  • Giving presentations/ reports regarding new/existing products and /or marketing strategies.
  • Continuous market research for latest market trends for developing new product, marketing and branding strategies, and leading development of creative new products based on market analysis.
  • Carryout task associated with sales, Marketing, Product and Maintaining Relationships.
  • Give business leadership for the achievement of its vision, mission and strategy, within its philosophy.
  • Program/planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, as and when required, including making operational all business plans approved by the board of directors.
  • Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives, that appeal to the needs of the business sector, general public.
  • Lead, motivate and manage subordinates to advance employee engagement developing a high performing team.
  • Present or submit timely report on the activities of the company, including completed targets, situation of the KPIs, uncompleted targets and reasons for not completing the set goals.
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Promote image of the company.
  • Build trust relations with administrators, key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
  • Develop proposals, business plans, strategy documents and products papers.
  • Implement Integrations and add business with other institutions, merchants and merchant groups with utmost timelines.
  • Directing and managing projects around new software development, integrations with respect to development/ testing, planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.
  • Undertake all the necessary day to day tasks related to the business of the company.
  • Set the estimated budget and business plan of the company, and to present / explain on the same  if required.
  • Represent the company before third parties, administrators, regulatory authority and other industry participants.

Education + Experience

  • Should have a Masters degree in a related field
