Main point of contact for customers- taking calls, online chat, and email responses
Uploading new products in our online marketplace.
Printing daily orders, coordinating it with logistic and production department.
Maintain and build customer relationships offering a first-class customer & concierge experience to our e-commerce clients
Resolve any customer issues in a timely fashion and in line with brand standards
Communicate cross-functionally with other teams in the company.
Coordinating daily fulfillment with the distribution center

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach, including collecting payment
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value
Complete shift reports, sales reports and stock taking
Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
Education + Experience
Must have a Bahelors degree(BBA / BBM)
Must be flexible in hours and days worked.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little or no supervision.
Must be proficient in the use of common Windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point, good knowledge on Social Media web platforms.
Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc.
Must display very good organization and time management skills.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities.
Develop marketing strategies and plans for the company’s product and services
Implement strategies for both new and existing services and ensure all phase of marketing from concept development, planning, gathering information, market research, identifying target markets, assessing people’s perception, business trends, designing and distribution decisions to advertising
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with vendors/suppliers and other agencies as appropriate ensuring proper vendor management system
Write Proposals and develop promotional materials for offered and possible services
