Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with possible/ existing clients, trainers,s, and students
  • Analyzing trainer’s, student, and client feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with the training services
  • Providing insight into service development and competitive positioning.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to run the Training courses regularly
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good understanding of Social media marketing
  • The ability to visit colleges, client companies as needed
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, counseling, sales pitching, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or IT
  • Proven experience working as a business development officer/ Sales officer or similar role
