- Develop critical understanding of the Consumer need and Competition Landscape of the Bath, Kitchens & fitted Furniture Business
- Defining Channel and Commercial structure along with Central Marketing Team
- Creating marketing plan, calendar, success measures and budget along with Central Marketing Team
- Driving strategic objective to gain significant Market share in next 3 to 5 years time
- Creating a comprehensive product offering at SKU level in line with identified consumer insights and market landscape
- Mapping resources to set up warehouse and manage inventory
- Preparing selection criteria to identify potential channel partners / distributors
- Setting up Demand Generation/Activation framework and BTL initiatives
- Setting up a Service team to deliver and install Bathroom Solutions and Full Modular Kitchen Solution to Consumer Living Space
- Monitoring smooth procurement of Products and Spares and ensure Financial health of the Business is monitored. Drive the P&L Objective as part of Business Planning.
- Regular review and monitoring mechanism for the team – Marketing, Sales, Collection, Procurement, Distribution, Services, After Sales Services, Finance
