Job Description:
We're looking for our new colleague who is passionate about making an impact on our members and the communities we serve. HLE is actively working on the Digital Transformation of its customer projects as part of our solution portfolio. To strengthen our team and support our growth, we are recruiting a Business Analyst.
What are your deliverables?
- Participate in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, user training, research and document business issues
- Configure ERP and CRM systems to align with business processes and translate business requirements to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design.
- Create detailed documentation, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions with appropriate use cases and process flows.
- Serve as liaison between users of the software and technical team
- Contribute to solution planning and create functional specifications of them
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
What do we expect from you ?
- Maturity: You understand and have ability to articulate ideas, provide clear analytics and know the difference between good and bad product quality, especially at scale using UML diagrams and frameworks
- Proactivity: You’re used to building in grey areas and helping teams prioritize initiatives to help meet the needs of a growing user base to configure business information systems (ERP, CRM). You initiate and drive results.
- Attention to detail: Your ability to identify defects and conduct root cause analysis is unparalleled.
- Intellectual curiosity: You’re able to ask questions that force teammates to think critically about current and future state.
- Genuine empathy: You have a good pulse on the business. You take a consultative approach to quality assurance by connecting concerned parties.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Engineering or related industry experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a “self-serve” B2B OR consumer application where ERP/CRM software is the product
