Job Description:
The amazing things you'll be doing with us;
- Collaborate with the Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers and other stakeholders
- Meet with business leadership (Product Manager and Product Owner) to clarify business requirements
- Identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals
- Ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and key stakeholders expectations
- Document existing business processes and proposes innovative improvements
- Develops a clear definition and acceptance criteria for each of the features to ensure the business requirements will be met
- Conduct user acceptance tests
- Acquire and apply mortgage industry knowledge to influence product design decisions
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
What you'll need to have or who you are:
- Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
- Experience in stakeholder analysis
- Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
- Great problem solver with with good judgement and decision making skills
- Ability to articulate ideas verbally and visually using UML, activity diagrams, process flow diagrams and other tools
- Great data analysis skill
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision and with minimum supervision
- Goal driven and strong desire to learn
- If you're a holder of Scrum master or Prince2 certification, you're highly desireable!
Education + Experience:
- Degree in Business Information Systems or related industry experience
- 3 years plus as Business Analyst
