Job Description:
- Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts.
- Formulate ways for system improvement.
- Propose solutions to stake holders, and keep them updated with progress.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Design , Develop and Document system design, requirement and process flow.
- Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiar with software development methodology and knowledge of business solution processes.
- Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database platforms (MSSQL server preferred)
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer or related field
- At least one-year work experience as software business analyst
