Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Demand/ TR/ OD/ Import/ Hire Purchase & Consortium and all kind of Loan processing of a group.
- Strong expertise on marginal lending loan, share lending.
- Overall function of handling all bank’s RM’s for funding process.
- Able to collaborate cross functional with multiple banks to fund one project together.
- Cash management of consortium’s (Cash needs, advance requests and settlements) in coordination with finance and grant teams.
- Able to review loan documents, balance sheet, other financial transactions and scrutinize the document processed for loans.
- Determine and maintain all internal control on all loan processes.
- Manage all loan cycle process and determine efficient work plan to achieve all business objectives.
- Maintain quality for same and analyze all loan information for loan originator and ensure compliance to all deadlines.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing large budgets, with preference for previous experience working in a consortium loan.
- Strong coordination/negotiation skills specifically with the ability to effectively coordinate among other partner organisations.
- Ability to work with deadlines as required.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
Education + Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a finance/accounting role preferably with experience in consortium fund.
