JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Regularly address and resolve team issues.
- Document and escalate process improvements to the Project Management Office.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Prior experience in software development is preferred.
- Has a knowledge of engineering practices
- Has a good knowledge of software development lifecycles
- Experience with Effective building and maintaining a productive team environment.
- Effectively develop and maintain trust based relationships with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to guide and coach team members.
- Experience with facilitating and motivating the team to strive for continuous improvement.
- Well disciplined in areas of timeliness, accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to play with data and analyze it in a meaningful way
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to confidently communicate with the US team.
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies, tools, metrics and reporting is preferred
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and Nepali –written and verbal.
- Ability to play with data and analyze it in a meaningful way.
- Good Managerial and coordination skill.
- Ability to handle projects independently.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare industry is preferred.
Education + Experience:
- Experience in project management for 2 or more years.
