Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Regularly address and resolve team issues.
  • Document and escalate process improvements to the Project Management Office.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Prior experience in software development is preferred.
  • Has a knowledge of engineering practices
  • Has a good knowledge of software development lifecycles
  • Experience with Effective building and maintaining a productive team environment.
  • Effectively develop and maintain trust based relationships with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to guide and coach team members.
  • Experience with facilitating and motivating the team to strive for continuous improvement.
  • Well disciplined in areas of timeliness, accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to play with data and analyze it in a meaningful way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to confidently communicate with the US team.
  • Prior experience with Agile methodologies, tools, metrics and reporting is preferred

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Good communication skills with fluency in English and Nepali –written and verbal.
  • Ability to play with data and analyze it in a meaningful way.
  • Good Managerial and coordination skill.
  • Ability to handle projects independently.
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare industry is preferred.

Education + Experience:

  • Experience in project management for 2 or more years.
