Job Description:
- Plan, monitor, identify & help remove impediments. Own the flow of work.
- Manage multiple projects and keep the status of work transparent & available.
- Conduct retrospective to optimize the processes resulting in increased quality & effectiveness.
- Coordinate & collaborate with people in Engineering Teams, Leadership and Stakeholders across different locations.
- Compile, collect, produce and publish report on helpful metrics.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have.
- Persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Proficient with data analysis using spreadsheet software and project management tools (JIRA & Confluence).
- Fair understanding of technical practices & technological stacks.
Good to have
- Knowledge of US Healthcare system.
- Knowledge of Agile, Kanban & Scrum
Education + Experience:
