Job Description:
- To manage a sales accounting systems to achieve long-term success
- To develop positive relationships with clients
- To act as the point of contact and handle customer's and sales team requirement
- To resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- To supervise sales account team to achieve the target
- To report on the status of debtors accounts and transactions
- To set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- To monitor sales metrics (e.g. periodic sales results and forecasts)
- To assist in formulating actions, plan to superior to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Others as assigned by immediate superior
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have good communication skill in both English and Nepali
- Well knowledge of computer
- Must be willing to travel frequently
- Must have two wheeler and valid driving license
Education + Experience:
- Should have Master's Degree
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in related field
