Job Description:

  • Assist the concerned authority to handle multiple HR Consulting Project
  • Coordinate with Clients and HR Consultants for proper execution of various projects
  • Support in presenting periodic reports of ongoing consulting work and developments to the concerned authority 
  • Perform clerical duties including typing and editing of all kinds of relevant documents and other documents in a specified format within specified time as and when required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority

Education + Experience:

Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in HR
  • Fresher are encouraged to apply however, at least one-year experience in HR field is preferred
  • Should have the knowledge of Labour law and HR functions
  • Should have coordination and organization skills
  • Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy 
  • Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should have zeal to learn and explore 
  • Should be able to work under pressure
