Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate expectations and job responsibilities to farm staff
- Ensure Farm environment safety monitoring
- Ensure minimum wastage and damaged products while sourcing products
- Develop daily and weekly work schedules
- Coordinating the activity of department lead personnel
- Be willing and able to perform all jobs associated with Farm production
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- a knowledge of food production and an awareness of customer demand, food standards, and sustainability
- organisational and time-management skills
- the ability to work under pressure
- supervisory skills and management ability
Education + Experience:
- Education: B.Sc. Agriculture or similar agro academic background.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in agro and farming work
