Job Description:

  • Strong knowledge of bid preparation and submission methodology
  • Must achieve Provided Target by leading the Sales Team
  • Develop Relations with various Organizations for sales and up-sales of our packages
  • Conduct Market research and Competitor analysis and reporting to Management
  • Manage and direct different departments to achieve company goals and objectives. Work with sales and marketing to accomplish desired targets
  • Ensure, monitor and follow the standard operation procedure to ensure overall operational functions. Maintain work in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control expenses according to allotted budget
  • Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns and regular updates
  • Manage work assignment, allocate and guide to corporate resources
  • Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales
  • Must have a good understanding of the corporate culture 
  • Must have knowledge of Internet and Intranet Sales
  • Must be Target Oriented and have excellent Communication Skill
  • Must be able to lead Corporate Sales Team
  • Able to work under pressure while handling the sizable team

Education + Experience:

Must have completed Bachelors degree in related field
