Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of bid preparation and submission methodology
- Must achieve Provided Target by leading the Sales Team
- Develop Relations with various Organizations for sales and up-sales of our packages
- Conduct Market research and Competitor analysis and reporting to Management
- Manage and direct different departments to achieve company goals and objectives. Work with sales and marketing to accomplish desired targets
- Ensure, monitor and follow the standard operation procedure to ensure overall operational functions. Maintain work in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control expenses according to allotted budget
- Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns and regular updates
- Manage work assignment, allocate and guide to corporate resources
- Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales
- Must have a good understanding of the corporate culture
- Must have knowledge of Internet and Intranet Sales
- Must be Target Oriented and have excellent Communication Skill
- Must be able to lead Corporate Sales Team
