Job Description:
- Demonstration of the technical knowledge by independently working on the user stories
- Understanding the new requirements and exploring technology needed for them
- Flexibility and Adoptability to different frameworks and architectures
- Self-learning the libraries. Algorithm, Frameworks
- Sharing the ideas/finding with the team and Business Unit
- Implementing the new algorithm found/identify in the code
- Understanding of Business Processes
- Understanding the Insurance functionality in depth
- Helping the Junior member w.r.t product/technology
- Doing the analysis and design before starting the code
- Able to independently handle the User Stories
- Analytically able to decide the classes and functions
- Helping the Junior team members in the design and coding

- The extent to which the coding or code changes is adhering to the Frameworks standards
