Job Description:
- To identify, select and manage dealers as per the company criteria in the specified area
- To select and develop a team of salesman and supervisor
- To ensure secondary sales as per the target
- Responsible for timely payment collection from the parties
- To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
- Handle customer complaints and ensure it is resolved timely.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should be well versed in English and Nepali language
- Should possess a strong sense of work ethics
- Smart with a good attitude and zeal to succeed and grow within the company
- MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to Work under Pressure
- Must own bike and Valid driving Licence
- Adapts to change demonstrates energy, passion, enthusiasm and has positive attitude
Education + Experience:
- Should have at least 2 years of work experience in FMCG industry.
- Must have completed a Master's Degree
