Job Description:
- Overall management of Sales & Marketing
- Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired business targets
- New Market Development: Identifying potential areas /vertical segments for escalating business volumes and achieving sales & contribution targets
- Customer Portfolio Development & sustainable customer retention strategy
- Leading, nurturing & developing team for exceptional performance.
- Target Setting, Forecasting & Performance Reviews of the sales team
- Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competition activities on trade channel related matters and proactively devise strategy to counter & mitigate adversity
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels
- Effectively decreasing the Average Credit Days of the dealers.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers, distributors and retailers, resulting in deeper market penetration, wider market coverage and improved market share
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales department
- Must possess strong communication & presentation skills
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Must have a valid driving license
Education + Experience:
At least a bachelors degree in business
