Job Description:
- Understand the market place and generate sales of product area wise
- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
- Overall sales strategy and execution of plans for the existing products
- Managing distribution channels for products
- Supervise the team and implementation the strategy
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Creative and able to manage assigned responsibility with supervisor
- Team players with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work during odd hours & willing to travel extensively
- Must have two wheelers with valid driving license
- Must be able to work under the pressure
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree with excellent communication skill and leadership ability
- At least 2 years’ experience as MR (in Narayanghat HQ) in any Pharmaceuticals Companies in Nepal
