Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall Sales, Support and FTTH Network related activities of the assigned area.
- Plan and execute activities to meet company's sales targets for the month or the quarter
- Plan for expansion of existing network or coordinate to build a new network as per the customer request or sales strategy
- Responsible for hiring and training of manpower as required
- Plan and execute customer care activities to retain the existing customer base and increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders inside and outside the company. Represent the company as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated Team Leading and Management Skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
- Good verbal and communication skills

Education + Experience:
- Should have a Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience as a telecommunications manager/ Team lead
