Job Description:
Clusus Information Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking to recruit an ambitious Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies beyond the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile financial applications.
Candidate must be ready to execute a task assignment to prove willing to walk the extra mile towards recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Upload and publish the apps on the Google PlayStore and cope up with Google's acceptance requirements.
Education + Experience:
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
- Fresh graduates - Up to five years of experience.
- Proven working experience in software development.
- Working experience in Android development.
- Have published one or more Android apps in the app store.
- A deep familiarity with Java and Android Studio (IntelliJ).
- Experience in building and manipulating screen layouts for different sizes and densities in a bi-lingual RTL/LTR layouts.
- Experience in working with Android Camera2 framework is a must.
- Experience in working with the Android camera in real-time is a must.
- Experience in working with Android frameworks such as SQLite Database, Animation, Graphics and Text manipulation.
- Experience in JSON communication with backend servers.
- Knowledge of multi-part uploads to server (images + data).
- Knowledge of OCR and real-time mobile image processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of augmented reality is a plus.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
