Job Description:
- Counseling and briefing the customers about our services on the phone
- Help and coordinate with the marketing team
- Complete the given telemarketing target on monthly basis
- Handling multiple telephone lines in timely and pleasant manner
- Candidate should have solid English language communication skills
Note Prior experience in a cell center will be highly preferred
Note: NIGHT SHIFT (since we are an American organisation, we work during the american hours, that happens to be night hours in Nepal)
