Job Description:
- The candidate is required to call the customer and provide the required information.
- The candidate should be able to understand the complaints and be enabling the satisfaction of the customer.
- Will be responsible for speaking with US clients
- Will be responsible for selling companies’ products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should hold excellent command over English
- Should be willing to work in night shift
- Should be fluent in American accent or must have Neutral accent.
- Should have good English communication skills
