Job Description:

  • Identification of potential business (verticals)
  • Developing leads, finding POC for meetings
  • Coordination between tech team and the tech vendor regarding the system, API, etc
  • Documentation (proposal, contract making)
  • Engaging clients for better productivity
  • Executing promotional plans, offers, etc
  • Develop strategy and execute it for business development.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and developing a corrective measure
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
  • Actively look for new marketing and operational business partnerships
  • Manage and drive day to day sales and service operations of the company
  • Set up and grow the team, develop processes, oversee staff, establish a highly motivated work environment, and create innovative approaches for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with an extensive network of cross-functional stakeholders representing all departments in order to bring our business to the next level

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree completed, (Masters preferred) 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Fin-tech Industry
