Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrative HR Assistant to carry out administrative duties and some minor recruitment work. You shall work closely with the senior management to assist in administrative activities.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Coordinate office procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Organize and Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Manage staff appointments
Education + Experience:
Education: BBA / BBM
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required
- 1+ years of hands on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated and possess strong interpersonel skills.
