Job Description:
- Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programs
- Handle telephone queries, attend visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and printers
- Responsible for visiting different offices for submitting and collecting company proposals, invoices and other works
