Job Description:
Company: Golyan Group - FMCG Division
Designation: Accounts Officer -Warehouse
Major Roles:
- Actual Sales & Purchase reconciliation
- Daily Cash Collection & Reporting to HO (Online + Retail)
- Entry of online sales in ERP and Verification of online sales transactions
- Reconciliation of sales report with actual sales data
- Entry of Sales & Sales returns in ERP
- Entry of purchases based on GRN Follow up for recovery Handle warehouse petty cash
- assist in inventory reporting and inventory physical count and reconciliation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experienced in Swastik/ Tally
Education + Experience:
- BBA/ BBS/ semi-qualified CA
- 2 years in accounts
