Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare Final Financial reports and book keeping of the company
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts of the company
- Documentation of finance and accounts in accordance with company's financial policy & other relevant policies and guidelines as per Nepal Government
- Ensure final audit to be done within the fiscal year of Nepal Government and all taxes and liabilities to be cleared off as per the rule of Nepal Government within timeline
- Draft financial sustainability and income generating plan and recommend to CEO
- Develop internal finance and monetary control measures and recommend to line supervisor and CEO
- Tax Handling – deduction of Tax should be as per Nepal Government and obtain tax clearance from Nepal Government within the financial fiscal year of Nepal Government
- Liaise with different banks and financial institutions and maintain good relations with such institutions
- Effective fund and finance management (short term and long term) plans for better yields
- Maintain high confidentiality of documents and information and take adequate measures for safety and security of documents, information and other resources
- Perform other duties and jobs assigned by the CEO
Education + Experience:
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent professional degree
- 3 Years’ experience in the field of Accountancy and Finance
- Good Communication (written and oral ) skill in English and Nepali Language
- Sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting Procedure of Nepal and international
- Proficiency in using excel, word, power point
- Two wheeler valid license(preferred)
