Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Working on a live project
  • Following clean code principles and test-driven development
  • Provide support for development and modification of enterprise application
  • Learning to lead and work with a professional team
  • Improving the quality of one's work
  • Learning to set and meet expectations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of MVC, ORM, and RESTful
  • Knowledge of automated testing platforms and unit tests. 
  • Familiarity with working with background workers like Resque, Sidekiq.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration.
  • Database design and development using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Should be a strong team player working closely with other team members to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Good leadership skills with self-learning capabilities
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Professional presence is required

Education + Experience:

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in Web Development using Ruby on Rails
