Job Description:
The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the company and its clients. This role involves proactive communication, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building longterm client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Address client questions, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally, following up until resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, and proactively suggest additional products or services.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and status updates
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on any outstanding issues or pending actions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and empathetic approach
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
