Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the company and its clients. This role involves proactive communication, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building longterm client loyalty. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat. 
  • Address client questions, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally, following up until resolution. 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, and proactively suggest additional products or services. 
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and status updates 
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on any outstanding issues or pending actions. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and empathetic approach 
  • Experience in using CRM software is a plus 
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
