The UI/UX Designer will play a key role in designing engaging and functional user interfaces for our data analytics products. This role requires deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices, particularly in the areas of data visualization, analytics tools, and dashboard design.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize user interfaces for data dashboards and analytics platforms with a focus on data clarity, usability, and visual appeal.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, and data tables).
• Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards that communicate complex data sets in a clear, concise manner.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and developers to ensure the UI supports meaningful insights and actions from data.
• Ensure that visual elements such as graphs, charts, and KPIs follow best practices in data visualization and are easy to interpret for different user groups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs and pain points of users interacting with analytics tools.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data, always aiming to improve the user experience.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and the ability to create effective charts, graphs, and dashboards that display key metrics.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, especially in the context of interpreting and displaying large data sets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on analytics platforms, dashboards, and data-heavy user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data requirements into user-friendly designs.
