Job Description:

The Social Media and Martech Specialist will play a critical role in building Yirifi’s brand presence, enhancing app analytics, and setting up a robust Martech ecosystem. This role demands a creative strategist who can manage social media, develop marketing automation systems, and collaborate with freelancers for content and design. Success will be measured by increased brand engagement, app insights, and the successful implementation of marketing tools and campaigns.

 Responsibilities and Deliverables

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage a content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and impact.

Martech Setup and Management

• Identify, evaluate, and implement Martech tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) to streamline marketing operations.
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Integrate Martech tools with app analytics and CRM systems for seamless data flow.

App Analytics and Insights

• Set up and manage app analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Firebase) to track user behavior and campaign performance.
• Generate actionable insights from app data to inform marketing and product decisions.

Content Creation and Outsourcing

• Identify and work with freelancers for content creation, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.
• Ensure all content aligns with Yirifi’s brand voice and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with designers to produce high-quality visual assets for campaigns.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to achieve KPIs.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and freelancers.

Emerging Trends and Best Practices

• Stay updated on social media trends, app analytics advancements, and Martech innovations.
• Pilot new strategies and tools to keep Yirifi’s marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Social Media Engagement: Achieve 20% growth in followers and a 10% increase in engagement rates quarterly.
• App Analytics Coverage: Ensure 100% of key app metrics are tracked and reported accurately.
• Campaign ROI: Maintain an average ROI of 3:1 across digital campaigns.
• Content Delivery: Ensure all content is delivered on time and aligns with campaign goals.
• Martech Implementation: Successfully set up and optimize marketing tools within the first six months.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Social Media Expertise:

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Martech and Analytics:

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
• Strong understanding of app analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Firebase.

Content and Collaboration:

• Experience coordinating with freelancers for content and design.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Campaign Management:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
