Responsibilities:

• Manage critical insights for our sales and marketing teams to exceed booking and revenue goals out of the CRM system. 
• Own the development and distribution of all sales pipeline and forecasting reporting. 
• Work as a liaison between all sales, marketing, finance, and delivery to ensure transparency of sales team pipeline. 
• Assist sales team in managing account and deal level data. 
• Provide research and documentation assistance to sales directors.  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience working out of, and managing CRM functions. 
• Intermediate-level knowledge of sales processes and best practices. 
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple highly visible initiatives simultaneously. 

Bonus Points: 

• 2+ years of experience working in the payer healthcare technology space. 
• Knowledge of ZoHo CRM, Salesloft, and Hubspot technology platforms.

• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is a plus). 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of Nepal’s travel and hospitality landscape is highly desirable. 
• Proficiency in Nepali and English.
