Job Description:

We are looking for an additional Project/Engineering Manager (Software Development) from Nepal in our team. 

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget. 
• Experience with different project management methods like Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc. 
• High level technical knowledge of different programming languages and requirements for software projects.
• Project Planning and Scheduling - ability to create detail project plans, schedules, and timelines.  
• Monitor and track progress of project development 
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 
• Skilled at defining project scope, gathering requirements, and ensuring that deliverables align with client expectations 
• Expertise in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation  
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with staff members 
• Ability to manage project scope changes and expectations while ensuring project timeline are met 
• Ability to lead diverse team of developers designers, QA Engineers, etc 
• Understanding of SDLC - software development lifecycle 
• Write clear documentation, meeting notes, requirements etc 
• Problem solving and analytical thinking is very important tot have. 
• Good experience with all required tools and technologies like  
• Good communication skills with fluency in English – written and verbal  
• Good knowledge of working with different productivity tools like Word, Powerpoint, excel, Notes, Draw.io or similar etc  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 
• Ability to guide and coach team members.

Education + Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years and 2+ years of development.
