Job Description:

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on graphic design tools and digital illustration techniques. 
• Develop course content, assignments, and projects to enhance learning outcomes. 
• Mentor students, providing constructive feedback on their work. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training modules. 
• Evaluate trainee's performance and prepare progress reports as per the timely presentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, CorelDraw, Sketch etc 
• Strong communication delivery and presentation skills. 
• Proven experience of mentoring aspiring designers. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with Graphic Design/ UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. 
• Prior experience in mentoring or conducting workshops. 
• A portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design and illustration projects. 

Education + Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator (minimum 2-3 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create visuals that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong skills in motion graphics and animation, with the ability to create compelling, dynamic visuals.
• Solid experience in video editing, including familiarity with video formats, codecs, and editing tools.
• Ability to create illustrations and graphic designs for a variety of digital and print formats.
• Excellent eye for detail, color, and design composition.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 3D animation or interactive media design.
• Knowledge of additional design tools and software.
• Background in marketing or brand design.

Education + Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, illustration, and Photoshop work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
