We are in search of a proactive and knowledgeable HR Officer to lead our HR initiatives at Music Nepal. Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Prepare comprehensive job descriptions and manage the hiring process.

• Guide supervisors on recruitment matters.

HR Initiatives and Systems:

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Administer payroll and benefits efficiently.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

Onboarding and Training:
