Analyze the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made.
Find out the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations.
Make sure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
Work out the new system's requirements and specifications.
Compiling Requirements
Generate written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
Write functional requirements for systems using mockups, flow charts and diagrams.
Requirements management and communication
Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization.
Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided.
Eliciting requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in SQL databases and database querying languages.
Experience with vision, and other design tools such as mock flow, figma etc
Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent (such as BIM, CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE).
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
