Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service in both Japanese and English. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Reservation management
• Handling phone calls
• Email communication in Japanese & English

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Applicant must have a good teamwork ethic and execute tasks in timely manner. 
• Applicant must hold Japanese Language Proficiency Test level- N3.
• Applicant must be fluent in English. 
• Applicant must be able to handle the phone calls both in Japanese and English. 
• Applicant must be able to use MS Office package. 
• Applicant should have a level of knowledge of Japanese culture, hospitality, and work ethics.
• Experience working in the hospitality field is highly preferable.
• 6 days a week; Week days (8 hrs. +1 hr. break in between).
• JPS Inc is a travel company providing Travel services all over Japan.

Education + Experience:

• Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree. 
• Applicant must have 2 years of experience in the related field. 

Job Benefits:

• Salary: (40,000-50,000) NRs. per month and negotiable.
• Paid Leave: 7 days a year.
• Dashain Holidays- 4 days and Tihar Holidays- 3 days.
• Bonus once a year.
• Based on performance: May assist with visa to come and work in Japan.
• Salary Increment: Depending on performance and the Company’s Situation.
