Job Description:

• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items between departments or external parties.
• Perform errands such as banking, post office runs, and supply pickups.
• Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Support the office team with photocopying, filing, and organizing materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the kitchen and meeting rooms.
• Set up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, setting up equipment, and distributing materials.
• Assist with minor administrative tasks, such as data entry or note-taking.
• Provide general support to various departments as directed by supervisors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (bike or scooter at least)
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., familiarity with email and Microsoft Office).
• Physical ability to lift light to moderate loads and walk for extended periods.

Education + Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year of experience or fresher can also apply.
