Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a finance role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.  
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.  
• Provide financial analysis and support to management in making strategic decisions.
• Manage the annual budget process and monitor budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Education + Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance
