Job Description:
Capkon Investments is seeking a Web & Graphic Designer to work closely with our Marketing and IT team to continuously manage our online presence and create effective tools for interaction between the company and our clients. The candidate will work regularly with both marketing and IT teams to design, refine and implement digital marketing materials and some print materials for our products, and to support our existing branding and print materials.
We are looking for someone who speaks the language of the Web & Graphics, who is self-motivated, reliable, and excited about developing web platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Marketing and IT Teams will be responsible for the development and maintenance of web graphics, digital marketing materials, interactive designs, including our website, blog, social media groups and video channels
- Work with the marketing team to create branding and print materials, packaging, and supporting documents for company products
- Developing graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
- Testing graphics across various media
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, InDesign, etc.)
- Excellent composition skills to determine where to locate page elements and balance the overall look and flow of the page
- Familiarity with typographical principles and practices is also essential
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP is a plus
- Experience with Video editing a plus
- Excellent communication skills
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor's Degree
