Job Description:
- Managing the hotel's learning & development function
- Developing qualified departmental trainers
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or specialize degree in Human Resource Management/Training is desirable
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Applicants should be Nepalese citizen between 25 – 40 years of age
- Pleasant personality and be able to communicate fluently in English & Nepali
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
