Job Description:
- Determine the work according to the development needs of the company and the department;
- Decompose the target to the retailers or VBA (promoter), and make a good work plan to reach a consensus with the VBA.
- Real-time follow-up of each sales target to achieve progress, discuss improvement plans according to target gap, and supervise execution.
- Determine the required resources according to the monthly target and match them in place.
- Channel construction
Regular visits to the store to establish and maintain good retail relationships; - Regional retailor communication and negotiation, and strive for favorable resources (such as the main policy, image location, promotional resources, etc.);
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum plus two level passed
- Basic computer operation skills (excel, PPT, word) and English communication skills;
