Job Description:
- Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required; make sure the team is fully trained and able to perform their jobs; must provide guidance for all members of the team when it comes to designing, implementing, and updating any customer’s system
- Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a mentor to team members
- Must ensure team follows the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases; make sure that all procedures are documented for reference and that all of the members of the Technical team are trained to handle any situation
- Must also perform performance management tasks for the team. These duties include conducting employee reviews, handling employee complaints, and dividing the workload among members of the team
- Make presentations on project and team status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
