Job Description:

  • Coordinating with department head to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a job requisition for that requirement
  • Drafting accurate and effective job description
  • Communicating with recruiting agency regarding vacancy publish
  • Screening initial resumes and applications and providing short list to the department head
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Managing the interview of candidate by coordinating schedules
  • Greeting the candidate and escorting applicants to interview
  • Follow up on the interview process status and updating the status to candidates
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation and coordinating with department head for training programs
  • Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Maintaining employee records

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience of candidate screening and evaluation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality
  • Understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent coordination, planning and guiding skills

Education + Experience:

Candidate should be Post Graduate and at least 3 Years of working experience in relevant field
