Job Description:

  • Assist with the day to day operation of the spa
  • Assist the management team by providing them with the leadership necessary to attain their business goals and objectives
  • Interact with guests as needed to ensure optimum guest service and satisfaction. Analyze and translate guest interaction into service and facility improvements
  • Respond to employees and guests needs with genuine concern and a sense of urgency
  • Assist with the development of business strategies and project plans to ensure that the design and implementation of new concepts, methods, and policies and procedures relating to spa are aligned with company and department goals
  • Communicate thoroughly, clearly, and concisely across departments and through levels within the company
  • Ensure all spa, health club and wellness equipment is maintained in good working order at all times
  • Ensure that the spa follows safety and maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times
  • Able to promote and sell spa programs to groups, conference guests, walk-in etc
  • Able to implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and health club operational revenue
  • Responsible for checking and overseeing all guest settlements like cash, cc, room settlements etc
  • Responsible for department training plan and conduct hands-on training for the new recruitment
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree/Diploma in hotel/hospitality management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SPA in a well-established SPA brand
  • Must have worked in F&B department and Housekeeping department atleast for 1 year
