Job Description:
- Well versed with all tourist destinations in Nepal
- Expertise in handling inbound FIT/GIT queries
- Hands on experience in preparation of tailor-made tours and it’s costing
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
- Interaction with foreign agents / clients and monitoring the services rendered to them
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in handling inbound tours / operations
- Fundamental computer knowledge is necessary (Words, Excel, PPT, Internet)
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Fluency in English essential (written, reading and writing)
- Hardworking, willing to learn, methodical, flexible and determined
- Pleasant personality, well groomed and presentable
Education + Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in any stream from an accredited college or university (preferably Diploma in Travel and Tourism)
