Job Description:
Creative Head will work closely with the UI-UX and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our clients. He/she should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/she will be involved in planning advertising, supervising the entire creative process and guiding the team. He/she will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Streamline AWS Support – maintain 15 minutes response time.
- Build and manage servers defined by standards and established procedures.
- Manage, deploy and document the deployment of applications.
- Handle local use cases - Web Hosting Solutions (WHM/Server), Mass Mailing Solutions, Domain Registration, DNS Management, WAF and Web application Setup
- Work with the development team to define system needs.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
- Assist with business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflows and handle end to end partnership details until it is handed over to the Finance Department.
- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment
- Define and document best practices and support procedures
- Ability to provide after-hours and/or emergency support
- Maintain IT office infrastructure such as: Internet, IT inventory.
- Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
