- Definition, implementation and monitoring of service standards, workflow and processes for Service Management
- Interaction and co-ordination between customers and technical service department
- Spares Parts Management
- Warranty Claim Management
- Organization and Management of Service Camp events
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong Computer Operating Skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Attention to Details
- Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Two Wheeler license holder
Education + Experience:
