Job Description:
We are looking for Senior QA.
Job Description:
- Create, maintain and improve manual and automated test plans, test cases and test suites to support various levels of testing using various types of testing tools.
- Perform regularly planned manual and automated tests that focus on; functional, performance, scalability, regression and reliability product testing that will certify the quality of clinical functionality, technical designs and product architecture.
- Participate in designing, developing and implementing automated builds and continuous integration processes during the product development and release process.
- Work proactively with team members to find and fix product defects using both manual and automated test methods.
- Create and maintain test coverage reports that are delivered on regular basis to management.
- Develop quality assurance standards and processes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work
- Provide technical leadership to junior QA analysts.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Adhere to established software development processes.
- Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues.
- Accept complete ownership of single/multiple product.
- Mentoring and monitoring team members
Education + Experience:
Job Specification:
- Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance (3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience using Selenium Webdriver.
- Hands on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Hands on experience with automate testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six sigma
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Planning and organizing.
- Experience or knowledge on financial application is desired.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and collaboration skills.
- BSc/BE in Computer Science or a related degree
